2. Product Condition

As we sell pre-owned (used) products, every item is unique.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, clear photographs, and honest condition reports. Minor signs of previous use may exist unless otherwise mentioned.

We classify products into categories such as:

  • Like New

  • Excellent Condition

  • Very Good Condition

  • Good Condition

Customers are encouraged to review all product images and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

3. Authenticity

We are committed to selling genuine products to the best of our knowledge.

Each item undergoes careful inspection before being listed.

If an item is identified as non-genuine, it will never be intentionally offered for sale.

4. Product Images

All photographs shown on our website are of the actual product unless clearly stated otherwise.

Due to different screen settings, lighting, and device displays, actual colors may vary slightly.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Prices may change without prior notice.

The price applicable at the time an order is placed will be considered final.

6. Orders

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance.

Lyk New reserves the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders

  • Refuse service where necessary

  • Cancel orders due to stock errors or pricing mistakes

  • Request additional verification before dispatch

Customers will be informed if an order cannot be fulfilled.

7. Payment Methods

We currently offer available payment options such as:

  • Cash on Delivery (where applicable)

  • Bank Transfer

  • EasyPaisa

  • JazzCash

Orders requiring advance payment will only be processed after payment confirmation.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, strikes, or courier delays.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

Additional courier charges may apply for remote locations.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

Lyk New reserves the right to cancel any order if necessary.

10. Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Because we deal in used and one-of-a-kind products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

Returns may be accepted if:

  • Wrong product received

  • Item significantly different from description

  • Item arrives damaged due to shipping

  • Major undisclosed defect

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Customers should provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs

  • Explanation of the issue

Items must remain unused after delivery and be returned in the same condition with any original accessories or packaging (if applicable).

11. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor signs of use already shown in listing

  • Color differences caused by screen displays

  • Incorrect size selection by customer

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse

12. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, or

  • A replacement/exchange may be offered where possible.

Refunds will only be made using the original payment method where applicable.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information

  • Provide a valid delivery address

  • Review product details before purchase

  • Respect customer support staff

  • Accept responsibility for incorrect information provided during checkout

  • Losses arising from misuse of purchased products

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

17. Fraud Prevention

Orders suspected of fraud, fake information, abuse of promotions, or misuse of payment methods may be cancelled without notice.

Legal action may be taken where applicable.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
